Archived Work

It’s difficult to put into words what the experience of starting and running the Los Angeles chapter of CreativeMornings means to me. My amazing friend, Tina Roth Eisenberg, said “yes,” and trusted me to start the first non-NYC chapter of CreativeMornings. We knew it would be a success and would lead to many more chapters around the world–there are now well over 200 chapters. These free monthly events open to anyone, which I put on for six solid years, represent the most meaningful work I have ever done. They were for the community and relied on the community and kindness of many. From amazing volunteers to venues who opened their doors for free, from world-renowned speakers to people few had heard from before, and sponsors who believed in what we were doing, it was just a magical experience. I have added a collection of photos below, but to really understand it, please visit a chapter in your city…there’s a good chance there’s one already.
